This 5+ bedroom, 4 bathroom country chalet is located steps from the ski lifts and the base of Blue Mountain- the center of the best public and private ski and golf resorts in Ontario. It offers world class skiing, indoor water park, family entertainment, indoor and outdoor sports, full-service spa, family and fine dining and plenty of entertainment throughout the year.
Steps from our front door you have FREE access to the Intrawest courtesy bus to shuttle you and your family back and forth to the Intrawest Village at Blue Mountain- a 2 minute drive away or 6 minute walk from our chalet. There you will find great shopping, restaurants and tons of different activity options for everyone in your family. Movie theaters, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Home Depot and A&P/Loblaws groceries are an 8 minute drive away. A lovely sandy beach is a 5 minute drive away. The world’s longest freshwater beach in Wasaga Beach is a 20 minute drive away.
Our chalet was newly built in 2006-07, and for your comfort, is beautifully furnished, has central air conditioning and a central vacuum.
First Floor- consists of a large entry hall with an equally large closet to store your gear. There is also a 3-piece bathroom and separate access to the one car garage.
Second floor- has an open-concept kitchen, living room, dining room and family room with a gas fireplace, LCD TV, DVD, VCR and stereo. Sliding glass doors off the living room lead to the patio. The kitchen is modern and complete with all major appliances. It is fully equipped with everything the chef in your group needs to prepare sumptuous après ski snacks and gourmet meals for family and friends.
Third Floor- you will find the master bedroom with a 3-piece en suite, queen-size bed and TV. Three more bedrooms and a 4-piece bathroom complete this level. Two bedrooms have twin bunk beds and the other bedroom has two twin beds.
Upper Floor- has a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, 2-piece bathroom and TV.
Bottom Floor- acts as a second living room with couches TV/VCR/DVD, and has a brand new, very comfortable, Murphy pull-down double-bed. This is a great place for the kids to watch videos and DVD’s and to play their video games. For your convenience, we provide a wide selection of kids video tapes. The washer and dryer are located through a door off of this room.
The community is surrounded by Ontario's highest mountains and, together with the children’s playground adjacent to our development, the lush greenery and vast open spaces of the area provide plenty of room to run, hike, play, ski and enjoy!!!
The activities for children, adults and families are limitless.
Winter activities include Downhill skiing, Ice hockey, Cross-country skiing, Tennis, Tubing, Tobogganing, Snow-shoeing, Skating, Ice-fishing, etc…
Summer activities include Golf, Tennis, Mountain Biking, Swimming, Sailing, Windsurfing, Jet skiing, Fishing, Hiking, etc. ..
