TV’s with satellite in the bedrooms, large flat screen in the living area, as well as master bedroom, stereo, 2 DVD Players and high speed wireless internet for your laptops in our 2700 sq. ft. home. Room for 3 cars off street parking, a huge plus for this popular area.
The two beach areas offer world class surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, skim boarding and swimming, or just enjoy watching the surfers, numerous sail boats, seals on the rock, otters, dolphins, pelicans and ocean activity. Plenty of quality restaurants on the beach and night life nearby at the Yacht Harbor/Twin Lakes Beach or Capitola. Kayaks, beach rentals and volleyball at Harbor Beach along with beach side BBQs and music for a change up in your relaxing vacation.

We stayed here mid October for a weekend. Comparing the price, size and quality of this place to other rental houses in Santa Cruz, this house is really unbeatable! The master bedroom is enormous and has a large jacuzzi and a huge shower and sink area. The kitchen is well furnished, the bedrooms are spacious and there are multiple TVs throughout the house. There's even a PA system! The final plus, a spiral staircase going to the very top of the roof that you can see the ocean from. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental in Santa Cruz!
Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This house has a really homey feel and it's fully equipped. The kitchen has everything and it's really amazing for someone who prefers to cook during vacation (like us). The house was really neat and clean and there is ample space for group activities and to sleep. It has great proximity to the beach and a lot of shops around the area. Tara was really sweet and flexible and provided great service. Thank you for making our vacation as amazing as ever.
