50% of total rental plus $100 security deposit required to reserve space.
Reservations must be paid in full within 30 days of stay.
$100 cleaning fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Cancellation refund - more than 60 days, full deposit minus $50 fee;
60-30 days 50% of deposit; Fewer than 30 days - no refund unless

  • This is a very large, bright, and roomy home that was perfect for a weekend getaway. Large open kitchen and living room areas were our favorites and for the rate this place cannot be beat. A great deal for a nice home, the town/neighborhood was nice as well. Homeowner is very responsive which was helpful when we had any questions. Would definitely rent this place again.

  • although this place is like 35 minutes or so away from Monterey, it was in a quite neighborhood of Gonzales right next to the fields. very good spacious and clean house and would definitely consider for staying again.

  • We rented this house at the last minute, as our other plans fell through. I'm glad they did, because we had a great time. If you are going on vacation with your family, this is way better than a hotel. There is pleanty of room for the kids to play and we saved a ton of money on food since there is a full kitchen. We even had a BBQ. This was a great location to the central coast. Everyone had a wonderful time. The kids and grandparents had their own rooms. Mom and Dad had their own room!! We WILL be staying again. Thanks Again!

  • We were suprised how spacious the house was and how large the sleeping capacity was. We were there for a wedding and the whole family all 9 of us were in the same house(3 different households). We all had our own space with a living room and family room and a large patio. We had a question while there and called the owner for a the information. If we go to that area again we would love to stay here again.

  • Enjoyed the home, nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds. About 25 minutes from Carmel/Laguna Seca, easy drive. Could use more kitchen glass ware and a bigger television
