This cute, cozy corner apartment has lovely Gulf views, easy access to the beach, pleasing blue and white decor with everything you need for a great stay at Santa Rosa Beach. Restaurants nearby are tops and there is access to a hot tub and heated pool. We loved it.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Great condo with lots of light and great views. Decor is well done. Small but perfectly comfortable for a couple. Great location. Stayed a week and wish it could have been longer.

The pictures are very accurate. Such a clean, quaint, well-maintained condo. The views are great - - especially for a condo that is not located directly on the beach. Easy walk across the street to the beach access. We snuck down to the gulf coast for a long weekend and the condo had everything we needed (utensils, towels, toiletries, etc.) We also had a toddler and had plenty of room to set up a pack-n-play in the main living area. And the king bed was big and comfortable for when the toddler inevitably ended up in bed with us! :) We would definitely come stay again - - it's a good deal.

My wife and I just stayed in this unit. It very well decorated and very comfortable. The view was perfect, we plan on coming back and staying longer. Brooks was a great help with the reservations. Again thanks for a great weekend.

La Mariposa is FABULOUS! We celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary there last week and couldn't imagine a better place to spend it! The condo is in the PERFECT location and is decorated perfectly...beach chic! It is literally right across the street from the beach...VERY convenient! The shops and restaurants in Gulf Place are just an added plus! Brooks was great to work with on the transaction and keeping us updated on the oil spill situation. The beach was gorgeous and very well taken care of. We can't wait to return...hopefully sooner than later!!

My husband visited La Mariposa to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary! We could not have been happier! It was in a terrific location, SO close to the beach, and beautifully decorated!! It was the perfect beach get-away and we hope to visit again very soon! Thanks, Brooks!

Love the beach theme, perfect view, felt right at home. I will definitely stay here again! Did not get the opportunity to meet Brooks; however, our business dealings could not have gone smoother. You have to check this unit out...well worth it.

Our family enjoyed staying at La Mariposa, not only did the condo have the name of our 4 yo's favorite barbie :-) but... the condo was very clean, cozy, and had a great view of the beach! It was condusive to children and the beach was beautiful! As promised the walk to the beach was short and easy with the kids. I also loved the decor- it made me feel like I was at home, only on the beach! This was our first time using a private rental, and we were a little un-easy about the process, but everything worked like a charm! It is a little drive but, take a day and drive to St. Andrew's State Park to ride the boat to Shell Island, a vacation in a vacation! Thank you!

We have stayed at the Gulf Place Cabbana's several times before and thoroughly enjoyed our unit each time but now having stayed at LaMariposa next door this is where we will return. It rained every day the week we were there but the beach, the view and the accomodations were still beautiful. We would hightly recommend this place and enjoyed meeting Brooks - he was so pleasant and accommodating. Look forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing your place.
