This is a private residence offered for vacation/business rental. In an established residential neighborhood close to everything. This is not a FRAT house or Party House. It is a great house for entertaining, however it is in a nice quiet family neighborhood. We expect all guest to respect the area.
Just off Flamingo and Pecos (east of The Strip), it is a short drive to anywhere. Close to shopping, movies, casinos, Las Vegas Convention Center, Sands Expo, Thomas and Mack Center (Cox Pavilion), malls, golf courses, stores, shops, and every other convenience.
Large Family Room with High-Speed WiFI Internet Computer, and business setup complete with fax. Large Living Room overlooking solar heated private pool and hot tub, has cable TV, DVD, adobe fireplace with electric log, and queen sleeper sofa. Dining Room seats six, has games and puzzles for family entertainment.
Fully stocked kitchen has appliances and utensils for the master chef. Prepare a business cocktail party, entertain clients in a warm setting or just prepare a quiet meal. Coffee provided and a small grocery package. Plenty of room to cater an event.
Laundry room with washer/dryer.
Queen-size Master Bedroom has walk-in closet and French doors to private patio, pool and hot tub. Color TV with cable in all rooms. Vaulted ceilings in most rooms. This spacious house can accommodate large families, conventioneers, or just a private "getaway" for two. Cozy back yard is fully landscaped and lighted with covered patio, newly installed gazebo, solar heated private pool that allows swimming from March until November most years.
Keeping solar blanket in place at night, it only has to be about 70' to have 80' swimming water. Pool and new large hot tub, both secured with child safety fence. It was just the house next door. A nice place with a lovely pool. We wanted it as a rental and turned it into a vacation rental in 2003. It has been an exciting experience since. We have enjoyed meeting the guests and hearing about places all over the world. Come enjoy the newly remodeled house and play in the pool and hot tub.

I came to Las Vegas in 1961 while the town was still small and the mob still ran the strip. Boy do I have stories. I have always love the people in Las Vegas and enjoy all the surrounding areas. Snow skiing at Mount Charleston and water skiing at Lake Mead on the same day. Imagine that anywhere else in the world.
I have been an interior decorator for hotel/casinos and celebreties. Now retired living in Southern Utah.
