We always wanted a home on the ocean. This is perfect and is our winter home. The DR has charm, natural beauty and is only an hour or so from Miami. The temperatures don't vary much winter to summer and there is always a fresh Caribbean breeze.
Why the Owner Chose Cabarete
No stairs to climb and there are ocean vistas from every window! This first floor, beachfront condo is just steps to the pool, to the beach or to the poolside bar. Beautifully landscaped and secure. Away from the noise of town but close to the action.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our neighbors are wonderful & the English speaking staff is helpful and friendly. It's a family resort with a nice mix of permanent residents and winter-only residents as well as a few condos just available for rental only. Additionally our neighbors come here from around the world with several nationalities represented. Dining on the beach minutes away in Cabarete is a unique treat.
