Relax in Condo #200 All New in 2008 is located in the recently refurbished Historic Andrew Tate Building. Located in the heart of down town Bayfield,a quaint town. You will enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Superior, Madeline Island. Walk to everything! Private off street parking for 2 vehicles and the best views of Lake Superior, Madelinie Island and downtown. Stunning Views of East, West, North and South from windows on 3 sides and balcony with table on South side looking over the main street of Bayfield, Rittenhouse Ave, and of course the lake. The 2nd Floor offers a birds eye view of Lake Superior, main Bayfield city dock, and of course the many restuarants and artist shops in down town Bayfield, Wis. Walk out on the balcony and have a seat as you enjoy that morning cup of java. The balcony is located on the main street of Bayfield called Rittenhouse Avenue. As you look to the east you are just 1/2 block from the main dock with beautiful views of the charter sail boats and excursion boat on the main dock, and the Madelinie Island Ferries as they cruise back and forth from Madeline Island. Walk Just 1 block North and you can hop the Madeline Island Ferry to Madeline Island, see the museum, go swimming, or just relax! Why the Owner Chose Bayfield
We chose to buy a vacation rental home in Bayfield, Wisconsin because of the excellent views of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands. We know that when new vistors come to our area, they will never forget the beauty. Bayfield during the peak season of May through October is never crowded. So many artist galleries to visit, trails to walk or bike and everything is within walking distance. It never gets old to us and we enjoy seeing friends, relatives, and volunteering during Apple Festival and participating in the many chamber events.

The Apostle Islands are home to the largest collection of Light Houses in the U.S. As a kid I remember swimming at the beach, watching the sail boats and touring the islands by boat. Every fall my mother and father would take us on the Madeline Island Ferry to La Point ( Madeline Island). We enjoy winter by sking at Ashwabay Ski Area just 3.5 miles from Bayfield. As you drive into Bayfield from Washburn Wis, you will see the sign for Ashwabay ski area on your left, with the lake on your right. The views from the ski area of the Apostle Islands are awsome! The crystal clear water, fresh air, and down to earth people are just a few benefits of Lake Superiors Apostle Islands. From our family to yours, welcome!
