Come stay at one of the best located and nicest ocean view condos in all of downtown Pismo Beach. La Casita de Amelia (condo A) is a beautiful place with ocean views. It is located at 350 Harloe Ave. just 1 1/2 blocks to the ocean and in the heart of down town Pismo Beach. You are walking distance to beach, restaurants, pier and parks and just about anything else you want to do here. Summer weekends have a 3 night minimum. Holidays have a 3-7 night minimum stay, email owner.
Condo A is La Casita de Amelia. It has two bedrooms/one-and-one half bath with a gas log fireplace in the family room. This home has a large family room for entertainment with a flat screen television above the fireplace. All bedrooms have top of the line luxury linens and sleeping accommodations. There is a Cal. King in the master and a large walk-in closet an ocean view deck with patio furniture. The walk-in closet is big enough for a small crib! Each bedroom has a TV, DVD/VCR. The master bedroom has a Cal King bed. The guest room has a queen bed and single sofa sleeper. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a gourmet kitchen off the large family room. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, large wide chair and ottoman with an additional sofa and table.
There is a wrap around balcony with chairs and table to relax and enjoy the views up and down the coast. There is also wireless internet access, washer and dryer in the 2 car garage, built-in-shared gas BBQ and foot wash. Game Cube (no games), Bose Ipod docking station, highchair, baby gate, iron and ironing board. A travel baby crib is available upon request. No Pets, No Smoking. This condo sleeps 4-7 max. We had 14 people stay at Condo A and B over the labor day weekend. The location was excellent - walking distance from the beach and downtown area but far enough away from the crowds and noise. The condos were well supplied and clean. We really enjoyed having a code to get into the condos and thus no coordination was needed or the possibility of losing a key.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family stayed for a week and we loved this property! So much so all the kids wanted to move it. "Totally Awesome" is what they said when we walked in. Professional business transaction, very clean and well appointed. We look forward to returning and thank you for all of the great memories! Casita De Amelia was a great choice for our stay in Pismo Beach. My husband, 4 adult children and I met in Pismo for our spring break/anniversary trip. The condo is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you'd need, and the location worked well for various sight-seeing trips (Hearst Castle, whale-watching out of Santa Barbara, 4-wheeling at Oceana, wine-tasting in Los Olivos) as well as being just a block from the beach. With 6 adults, the key-less entry made things so easy. The outside balconies offered additional "living" space, as well as private places when we'd all had enough "togetherness" :-) Marian and Dennise were delightful to work with and I felt the price was a bargain for what the condo offered. I would recommend to anyone visiting the Pismo Beach/Central Coast region.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and 2 yr old stayed in this lovely condo for 4 days. It has everything you would need, is spacious, beautiful and we will definitely stay here again. The pizza at Guiseppe's was fantastic - a short walk from the condo. The whole downtown area, pier and beach is an easy walk.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend here. This condo is beautifully furnished and CLEAN. Balconies off every room, close to downtown, kitchen with everything you need...all in all a very comfortable place to stay. Our daughter is 22 mos old and it is just much more comfy to stay in a condo like this versus a hotel. The price is right too- the grandparents came to visit for a few nights and it is so much nicer to all be together versus seperate rooms at a hotel or a suite which would cost as much if not more without the amenities. The owner Marian is a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and detail oriented. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hope to come again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated but yet still felt homey. It was luxurious with the extra nice linens and towels. Owner was very friendly and helpful to get back to me with questions and to help make our stay one that we would like to repeat. The location was great too - close to the beach and downtown Pismo! I definitely recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I were fortuntate to have an extended stay at the Casita De Amelia due to his recent employment. Our experience was more than wonderful. The condo has beautiful views of the Pacific ocean from nearly every room. The accomodations are above average, the place is immaculate and yet you feel that you are in another world. This unit has been well thought out, everything you need is available even for the most discriminating traveler. You are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and several activities. The owner and her assistant were very helpful in answering all our questions and are delightful to communicate with. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! We really enjoyed ourselves. We had a great time playing at the beach. We had daily walks to the Java Shack and pier... a great way to start each day. The kids loved Pismo Beach, the pier, the Butterfly Park, Avila Pier, Dinosaur Park, beach, the Avila Barn, ice cream shops and spending time with Grandpa Art. Thanks for everything! The two Anderson families had a wonderful pre-Thanksgiving visit here. Weather was spectacular and we took in sights like Hearst Castle, the elephant seals, the Monarch Butterflies, walked along the beach all making for such a fun time! We found Casita de Amelia to be very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We certainly hope to be back sometime in the near future. We'll be happy to recommend this place to our friends and family. About the owner: My husband and I completed construction on Tres Tesoros in 2006. We spent about a year designing the Tri-plex. We named the building Tres Tesoros after our three wonderful children. Each condo is named appropriately after one of our three children. We have Condo A... La Casita de Amelia, Condo B... is La Casita de Bailyn and lastly, Condo C is La Casita de Colton. We also have some other properties located just south of Pismo Beach in Oceano, CA. We also have several things in Colorado as well.
Why the Owner Chose Pismo Beach:
This is a 23 mile sandy, flat beach. There are tons of things the area has to offer, winter or summer! In the summer, people escape the heat of north, east or south. Tired of crowded and hassle-filled airports, delayed and cancelled flights, traffic, lines, and long hours on Greyhound in the sky? See if this sounds better . . . A two or three-hour drive along the Pacific ocean, through wine country to a little paradise called The Gold Coast. In beautiful Pismo Beach or Oceano, you will be in the middle of a 23-mile long crescent-shaped beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the pier. You can paddle a kayak amidst the otters and pelicans, catch some waves on your long board, ride ATVs or horses on the sand, have a campfire and roast marsh mellows at night, or tour the wineries just minutes from downtown. And if you would rather just relax, there are plenty of places on the sand to put a blanket or chair and just watch the waves roll in.
