Come stay at one of the best located condos in downtown Pismo Beach. La Casita de Amelia (condo A) is a beautiful place with ocean views. It is located at 350 Harloe Ave. just 1 1/2 blocks to the ocean and in the heart of down town Pismo Beach. You are walking distance to beach, restaurants, pier and parks and just about anything else you want to do here. There is a Two or Three night minimum stay.
Condo A is La Casita de Amelia. It has two bedrooms/one-and-one half bath with a gas log fireplace in the family room. This home has a large family room for entertainment with a flat screen television above the fireplace. All bedrooms have top of the line luxury linens and sleeping accommodations. There is a Cal. King in the master and a large walk-in closet an ocean view deck with patio furniture. The walk-in closet is big enough for a small crib! Each bedroom has a TV, DVD/VCR. The master bedroom has a Cal King bed. The guest room has a queen bed and single sofa sleeper. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a gourmet kitchen off the large family room. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, large wide chair and ottoman with an additional sofa and table. We have one queen aero bed in the condo.
There is a wrap around balcony with chairs and table to relax and enjoy the views up and down the coast. There is also wireless internet access, washer and dryer in the 2 car garage, built-in-shared gas BBQ and foot wash. Game Cube (no games), Bose Ipod docking station, highchair, baby gate, iron and ironing board. A travel baby crib is available upon request. No Pets, No Smoking. This condo sleeps 4-8 max. This is a 23 mile sandy, flat beach. There are tons of things the area has to offer, winter or summer! In the summer, people escape the heat of north, east or south. Tired of crowded and hassle-filled airports, delayed and cancelled flights, traffic, lines, and long hours on Greyhound in the sky? See if this sounds better . . . A two or three-hour drive along the Pacific ocean, through wine country to a little paradise called The Gold Coast. In beautiful Pismo Beach or Oceano, you will be in the middle of a 23-mile long crescent-shaped beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the pier. You can paddle a kayak amidst the otters and pelicans, catch some waves on your long board, ride ATVs or horses on the sand, have a campfire and roast marsh mellows at night, or tour the wineries just minutes from downtown. And if you would rather just relax, there are plenty of places on the sand to put a blanket or chair and just watch the waves roll in.

My husband and I completed construction on Tres Tesoros in 2006. We spent about a year designing the Tri-plex. We named the building Tres Tesoros after our three wonderful children. Each condo is named appropriately after one of our three children. We have Condo A... La Casita de Amelia, Condo B... is La Casita de Bailyn and lastly, Condo C is La Casita de Colton. We also have some other properties located just south of Pismo Beach in Oceano, CA. We also have several things in Colorado as well.

Our vacation at your condo was relaxing, enjoyable and wonderful. The condo has 5 star amenities and we enjoyed the beach immensely. We got to meet Denise and she is a very friendly woman and is great with your property. I will recommend your place to my friends and family and we hope to visit again next year. I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful condos in Pismo. The weather was perfect, ( of course ) as was every inch of the condominiums. We were really overwhelmed with the amount of care you have put into making them just like home. We loved the barbeque and had great family dinners in condo A. Jon and I are already planning a weekend with another couple and will be hoping to reserve condo C. As soon as we figure out a date, I will be contacting you. Also, we met the woman (Dennise)that oversees the care of your homes. She was just lovely and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I will be talking to you soon.. Judy

We had a wonderful time in Pismo Beach! The condos Casita de Amelia and Casita de Bailyn were perfect for our needs, and the 80 year old grandparents were real troopers with the stairs. Not a single complaint from them, all 4 were happy to be included in their oldest granddaughter's college graduation. On Saturday night, we hosted 21 family and friends in condo A for a BBQ dinner, and every one was very impressed with how lovely the condos were--those who weren't staying with us also requested tours of condo B. With the connecting kitchen, dining area, balcony and living room, Condo A really had a great layout for our needs. We brought the narrow table from the upstairs landing down and put it in front of the fireplace and it was a perfect buffet table for dinner and then for breakfast before graduation the next morning. The location close to the beach was wonderful for the young adults, as they could easily walk down to play volleyball at the beach or to hang out at the pier. As for the condos themselves, we were so impressed on our arrival by how immaculate and fully stocked they were. We felt like we were the first people to stay in them, so we were especially careful to leave them the way we found them! The beds were extremely comfortable as well, and we slept great. We also appreciated and used the fully stocked first aid kits. I've already given friends my two thumbs up recommendation of your condos when it's their kid's turn to graduate! Thank you for allowing us to stay!
