This is a luxury ocean view condo that sleeps 2 adults and 4 kids comfortably or 5 adults and two kids, or several combinations. This is the middle unit of three luxury ocean view condos located at 350 Harloe Avenue in the heart of downtown Pismo - walking distance to beach, restaurants, pier, and parks. Fifteen minutes to wineries.
Condo B, Casita de Bailyn is a two bedroom/two-and-one-half bath. The master has a Cal.King with a large closet (room for baby). The guest room has a full over full bunk and one additional twin bed. This is a good set up for kids or adult kids. Sleeps 4 or 5 comfortably, maximum 7. Casita de Bailyn has a deck off the family room and one off the master bedroom. Amenities include full kitchen and nicely-appointed products for cooking and baking.
This fabulous condo has been professionally decorated and includes luxury bed sets and linens, a two-car garage, keyless entry, washer and gas dryer in the two car garage, wireless internet access, cable, local phone calls, outdoor patio furniture on decks. Each bedroom has its own TV, including a flat screen in the living room and guest room, with Nintendo Game Cube (no games) and DVD/VHS players. We have a Bose IPOD docking station, high-chair, baby gate, iron and ironing board in the condo. A pack n play is available upon request. Shared foot wash and BBQ. Park once and do not move the car until you leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management team is sharp and responsive. The property is very well designed, built and maintained. It was in such good shape that I thought that it had just been built earlier in the year. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the pier but not amidst all of the congestion. The building is remarkably quiet. My one note of caution is that there doesn't appear to be any true convenience stores within walking distance and the nearest supermarket is a drive away. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, etc. nearby but you have to drive bread, milk, eggs, etc.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

We rented Condo A & B for 2 families.. this worked out perfectly (although, if C were open it would've been a little better as it's across the hall vs. the stairs), but nonetheless we made it work. The condo's were clean with all new appliances and all amenities imagineable.. I actually loved the dish set :) Proximity to the beach and surrounding activities were perfect for our families. Thanks again and hope to stay there again in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We spent a wonderful 5 days in 2 of the condo units over Easter weekend. The units were new, nicely furnished and well appointed with everything you needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. After a few glitches with the entry codes we were settled and comfortable. The location is excellent and so are the views. Lots of stairs, though. Try to arrange to stay in units B and C if you are renting 2 because they share a staircase, otherwise you will walk up and down stairs if you want to see each other. Also unit B has a smaller living area, not the best for hanging out in a larger group (3 or more). All in all we will rate this rental 5 stars because we don't like to complain too much and we had a really nice time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Family of four spent 3 super days celebrating my eldest’s 30th birthday. The Casita de Bailyn is a 5 star accommodation – super nice, close to the ocean and the owner is a great communicator and is very organized. My family of 4 enjoyed our long weekend in Casita de Bailyn. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The description and photos are very accurate and the property is well cared for. The owner Marian is easy to deal with and very prompt with questions and returning our deposit. I would definetly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful time in Pismo Beach! The condos Casita de Amelia and Casita de Bailyn were perfect for our needs, and the 80 year old grandparents were real troopers with the stairs. Not a single complaint from them, all 4 were happy to be included in their oldest granddaughter's college graduation. On Saturday night, we hosted 21 family and friends in condo A for a BBQ dinner, and every one was very impressed with how lovely the condos were--those who weren't staying with us also requested tours of condo B. With the connecting kitchen, dining area, balcony and living room, Condo A really had a great layout for our needs. We brought the narrow table from the upstairs landing down and put it in front of the fireplace and it was a perfect buffet table for dinner and then for breakfast before graduation the next morning. The location close to the beach was wonderful for the young adults, as they could easily walk down to play volleyball at the beach or to hang out at the pier. As for the condos themselves, we were so impressed on our arrival by how immaculate and fully stocked they were. We felt like we were the first people to stay in them, so we were especially careful to leave them the way we found them! The beds were extremely comfortable as well, and we slept great. We also appreciated and used the fully stocked first aid kits. I've already given friends my two thumbs up recommendation of your condos when it's their kid's turn to graduate! About the owner: My husband and I completed construction on Tres Tesoros in 2006. We spent about a year designing the Tri-plex. We named the building Tres Tesoros after our three wonderful children. Each condo is named appropriately after one of our three children. We have Condo A... La Casita de Amelia, Condo B... is La Casita de Bailyn and lastly, Condo C is La Casita de Colton. Why the Owner Chose Pismo Beach:
This is a 23 mile sandy, flat beach. There are tons of things the area has to offer, winter or summer! In the summer, people escape the heat of north, east or south. Tired of crowded and hassle-filled airports, delayed and cancelled flights, traffic, lines, and long hours on Greyhound in the sky? See if this sounds better . . . A two or three-hour drive along the Pacific ocean, through wine country to a little paradise called The Gold Coast. In beautiful Pismo Beach or Oceano, you will be in the middle of a 23-mile long crescent-shaped beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the pier. You can paddle a kayak amidst the otters and pelicans, catch some waves on your long board, ride ATVs or horses on the sand, have a campfire and roast marsh mellows at night, or tour the wineries just minutes from downtown. And if you would rather just relax, there are plenty of places on the sand to put a blanket or chair and just watch the waves roll in.
