This charming studio apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a restful getaway. It is situated directly on a lovely stretch of beach where you can walk, swim, fish, snorkle, or rent gear locally and scuba dive or kayak. Keep your windows open at night, breath the clean air and let the sound of the waves and the gently croaking frogs in nearby Solstice Creek lull you to sleep. Sit on your outdoor deck, sip your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine and watch the playful antics of dolphins a short distance from the shore. You might even catch a migrating whale in Spring or Fall. If you visit in December be sure to bring your camera because you will most likely see sunrises and sunsets that will take your breath away. Malibu winters are mild and our beaches are uncrowded. March and April bring a profusion of yellow wildflowers to the hillsides above our beach.

For those who wish to explore beyond our lovely beaches, Malibu offers many beautiful hiking and walking trails. We are one block walking distance to Solstice National Park with year round stream and waterfall. This apartment was recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It is clean, bright and cheerful, with queen-size bed, luxury towels and bed linens, down pillows, comfortable furnishings, two large reclining easy chairs for watching Television and a small, fully-equipped kitchen with under-counter refrigerator. Bath has shower only (no tub). All rooms, have windows which view the ocean. Please note: This is an Efficiency apartment, sometimes also called a Bachelor apartment. It is approximately the size of a hotel room with a small separate kitchen and separate bath.

Directly across the street there is a picturesque and romantic French restaurant for cocktails, dinners, or Sunday Brunch. Downtown Malibu is five minutes away with more restaurants, historic Adamson House, shopping, and movie theaters.
