Our Townhouse Unit is located on beautiful Williams Town Beach (next door to Island Seas Resort) on the southern shore of Grand Bahama Island. Cannes Village is an 18 Unit Condominium Complex consisting of one (1) 6 Unit Building and one (1) 12 Unit 2 story Building. At present, only 2 Units are owner occupied year round which means YOU could practically have use of the whole Complex to yourself! Unit is a ground level end unit comprised in the 6 Unit Building which provides a clear view of the pool and surrounding area. Pool Cabana has a separate bathroom with an outside shower for rinsing off.
Security Screens on all windows. Front door entrance and all sliding glass doors have security gates in place.
Williams Town Beach is the final destination for the Horse Back Trail Rides offered by the Island's oldest Horse Stables located just minutes away by car. With Island Seas Resort located right next door to the Complex water sports activities and other beach activities are available, as well as car/scooter rentals and fishing/snorkeling activities.
The Port Lucaya Marketplace just minutes away by car provides a variety of stores, restaurants/bars, music and entertainment nightly. The Isle of Capri Casino is located just opposite Port Lucaya Marketplace.
