This sumptuous apartment in Rome can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and is located in the suggestive area of Piazza Navona. This apartment, placed in the historical centre nearby the major itineraries, was recently renovated with a particular attention to details and modern comforts.
The flat that is situated in a nice building on the 4th floor served by a useful lift, features a splendid view over the Tiber river and over the typical roman landscape. The apartment is composed of a wide double bedroom with the balcony for enjoying the sweetness of the roman climate, a convenient fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room woodwork covered, endowed with two single sofa beds, a bathroom with cabin shower for relaxing after the exhausting visits to the roman monuments. The apartment is characterized by an elegant design, parquet floored throughout; it is equipped with an air conditioning plant, a LCD television, microwave oven, washing machine, dish washer. Thus, it is difficult to imagine a much more convenient accommodation for the ideal roman vacation after the stay in this apartment.
Location and public transportation:
Ideally located in the very heart centre,a few steps away from the magnificent Piazza Navona with its marvelous fountains by Bernini and the astonishing Sant'Agnese in Agone Church created by Borromini; walking into the direction of the Pantheon,we can admire the famous paintings by Caravaggio in the Sant'Agostino and San Luigi dei Francesi churches. Should we desire tasting an aperitif at Campo de'Fiori, the cool area of the Capital, we can reach it walking for a few more steps, and why do not profit of the closeness of the magnificent Piazza Farnese with its famous palace designed by the genius of the Renaissance whose name is Michelangelo Buonarroti? The world known Steps of Piazza di Spagna are as well in the neighborhoods and the promenade is much more pleasant running along Via Condotti and Via Frattina with the famous tailor and jeweler shops.

This is such a beautiful apartment! It was a pleasure to sit on the deck and watch the Tiber River flow by along with the traffic on the busy boulevard, below. The apartment's central location made getting around very easy.
