  I have rented many condos in Pismo Beach, and by far this condo was far the best rental ever!! One thing I could negative but is truly not a big deal is this condo could use a larger frying pan. I defiantly will be rent this property!!!

  This is the second time that my wife and I have rented a property from Marian for a snowbird getaway. This year we rented Condo C from mid-Jan to mid-March, and once again our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful inside, with very nice furniture and a well equipped kitchen. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. There is a great ocean view from the living room, the living room deck, the master bedroom, and the master bedroom deck. It is a short walk (~5 - 10 min) to the beach, restaurants, beach shopping, and the pier. The beach is perfect for families with small children - no cars, lots of places to walk, and a wide sandy beach. In my opinion, the most important thing during an extended stay is the responsiveness of the owner or property manager to your questions. The owner very responsive to emails/phone calls, and is extremely easy to work with. The local property manager (Denni) is amazing - she takes great pride in the condition of the rental unit and ensuring that the occupants are happy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in at the beach.

  There were 7 of us staying in Condo C. We planned a lot of activites but ended up staying in most of the time, relaxing. This is a very clean, well decorated and quiet location about 2 blocks from the beach. Everything we needed was provided. I even mistakenly left something behind and Marian was happy to ship it back to me. Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay.

  BEAUTIFUL! Close to town, yet far enough away to avoid all the hustle & bustle. My husband is hard to please when it comes to accommodations, but he liked it. The only complaint, the wireless didn't work well from time to time...and I'm being really 'nit-picky.' Will definitely be back. Thank you.

  We used condos B (2 bedroom) and C (3 bedroom) as home base for large family attending a family reunion in area. Everything was well kept, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Our condo even had a high chair and playpen for our 5 month old. We also had garage parking and a washer/dryer available. The condos are built above the garage so you have to be able to negotiate stairs. The property is just a few blocks from shops, restaurants and beach access and only a 45 minute drive up the coast to see beautiful Hearst Castle. It is a great location. After we left, we had our cleaning deposit returned to us in less than a week. I highly recommend the property. There were no negatives about our stay.

  We enjoyed our stay at Casita de Colton immensely! The unit was just as pictured and very clean. The view of the ocean was great! As siblings from 4 different states we found the condo a great place to reconnect. We did not eat out much but did enjoy breakfast each day at Penny's, just a couple blocks down the street. We found the owner to be extremely helpful and would definately recommend the condo to others.

  The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved each room upstairs had its own attached bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and having a TV in each room was great. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances needed for our stay. It was very quiet and the view was beautiful, loved the patio's! We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Pismo.

  Our family has stayed multiple times in 2 of the 3 Casita's that are at the property and we have never been disappointed with our experience. The property is not just visually appealing; it is appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable visit to Pismo Beach - our destination of choice for a great weekend getaway! The kitchen has every appliance and cooking utensil that a cook would need to prepare meals. The bathrooms are stocked with plentiful plush linens and there are even beach towels for a trip to the sand. The washer and dryer are ideal for a family with children and the private garage is convenient. The beds are extremely comfortable and make it tempting to sleep in a little, even on a nice day! We always sleep with the sliding door slightly open so we can hear the ocean waves at night. We love Pismo and we've found our home away from home at the Casitas. The location is ideal, a VERY short walk to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. We will be back again and again!
