Well maintained and excellent conditioned condo that has breathtaking views of the lake and mountain. This home provides lake and mountain views from all levels of the home. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the breeze while relaxing and taking in the view.

This home sits high on the hill and looks directly into the lake. The master suite encompasses the entire 2nd floor and provides an oversized jetted tub. The 1st floor is an open floor plan that gives the kitchen, family room with stone fireplace and dining area it's own space, plus a half bath. The lower level has a second master bed with full bath as well as the 3rd bedroom that offers a 3rd full bath. The separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The rear entrance will take you to a private patio that leads to the hot tub. The home is centrally located to all that Deep Creek has to offer.
Traders Coffee - just down the hill, offers free wireless internet as well as great homemade foods, plus gourmet coffee.
Bill's Marine - about 1/2 mile up on Rte .219 has boat rentals of all kinds.
Lakeside Creamery - just 2 minutes up the road, the best ice cream going
Pizzeria Uno's - 5 minutes up the road and has a full menu of all foods as well as an outside Honi Honi Bar for entertainment while the kids run and play on the lakefront lawn.
Garrett Cinema's - directly across the street from Uno's.
Swallow Falls - 10 minute drive south on Rte. 219 to Mayhew Inn Rd. Follow back to the most breathtaking views of mother nature.
Wisp - You can see the slopes from the front of this home - the mountain offers year round excitement from skiing, snowboarding or tubing in the fall and winter to mountain biking, white water rafting, golfing or riding the new mountain coaster in the spring and summer.
Pine Lodge Steak House - just a few minutes away on Deep Creek Drive.
Smiley's Fun Zone - Great food, arcade games, miniature golf, go-karts and bumper boats.
Santa Fe' - great restaurant dining with outside deck seating and bar.
There are many exciting things happening in Deep Creek Lake in the future. Here are just some of the proposed projects for the future:
Smiley's Fun Zone has broke ground to build a large indoor water park across the street from its location.
Wisp will be building ski in shops, restaurants and building a new ski lodge at the top of the mountain.
Professional Golfer - Hale Irwin - is building a championship private golf and country club on the top of the mountain. The course is just about complete and will open next year.
