Glass sliding doors unite the private exterior garden with the interior space. The third floor roof terrace offers spectacular views of the Bay of Cancun, the Caribbean Sea, and the magnificent tropical sun sets.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple and were blown away by how beautiful the house is in person. It is very spacious and has everything you need, I can't say enough good things about the place and Fernando as well. Everything in the description was present, the only problem we had during our week stay was that the jacuzzi was not hot at all - only a minor problem compared to everything else. I would recommend renting a golf cart for your stay since it is away from downtown, but a short cab ride would work or about a 20 minute walk. It felt very safe with the high walls, even though the island has a safe feel anyways. I would highly recommend this to anyone and can't wait to return!

Casa Neza has been the ideal place to spend our summer holidays. The house was just the perfect si{ze for our family and the swimming pool was gorgeous. We loved Playa Indios and Garafon de Castilla the best. Casa O's and Brisa Grill were vour favorite restaraunts. Great house, very relaxing, and great fun on the island. Andrea, Nicole, Christofer,Cristal, Priscilla and Bambi the dog from Milano Italy
