How would you like to stay in dreamhouse with spectacular view of a shinning blue lake and snow covered volcano?
That's what we have. It is a magical place called "Sammasati", 7 minutes away from the lively adventure-tourism capital of Chile. Pucón.
The house has a enormous view of forest, the Andes, a spectacular blue lake, the volcano Villarrica behind it. It is built in native woods, with large sliding doors of thermal glass facing the lake, and a wide terrace 110 m2 in three levels to the garden.
The house is inspired by a Japanese villas, with inner and outer gardens, a feeling of transparency and communion with Nature, as well a silence and privacy for each room.
The living room is a equipped with both a highly energy-efficient wood burning stove, and open fireplace.
There is central heating as well throughout the house.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each one with double beds. One of the bedrooms has a loft with a single bed, ideal for children. Both of them face the lake and have their own bathrooms, made with blue-green stone from the Southern Pacific Ocean.
Exists TV room with a single bed also available, an extra bed in living room.
There is adjoining sauna and small cool pool with view to the lake.
From the kitchen while you cook a delicious Chilean rainbow trout(salmon), you can admire the volcano in front of you.
There are gardens all around the house, with azaleas, rhododendrons, ferns, hortencias and native trees.
Also adjacent there is a deep ravine with large vegetations, running spring water, with the natural pool for refresh in hot days and a lovely tree house for relaxing.
Sammasati is situated on several hectares, with large open green spaces interspersed with forest and many statues and mystical works of Art, by an Italian artist adorn the property. Adjacent to the property (and not included in the rental), it is a beautiful equipped octagonal event hall, where meditations, yoga, free dance lessons are available. The natural wood furnishing and extreme care which has been put into the creation of this magic place, will touch you, with its beauty.
Being so near from Pucon, is absolutely private and nourishing, calm and silent place.
There is a caretaker on the property, who can always help with any information needed, and speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French. If you are vegetarian or any special diet, she can help you to provide you with special foods, like tofu, seitan, home made bread, cooked in wood stove, brown rice, sprouts, soy milk, local honey, etc.
In the area of Pucón, all within an easy day trip, are innumerable hot springs, natural forest, sites for white water rafting, climbing glaciers and volcanoes. Swimming and sunbathing on wide beaches of black volcanic sands, or going to the Casino and dinning in style in the many international restaurants in the town.
