This home is very light, bright, and clean with two levels. It is well appointed and extremely comfortable and soothing. I have all necessary amenities in the house to provide a relaxing vacation.
The backyard is perfect for grilling and enjoying an outdoor fire. There is a jacuzzi surrounded by flowers and palm trees. I take great pride in my home and think that you will not be disappointed in your experience.
I have beach equipment, tennis racquets, golf clubs, and a complete list of local events. We are one hour from San Diego, one hour from Los Angeles, one and a half hours from Palm Springs. Closest airport: John Wayne (SNA)-15 minutes. LAX and San Diego airports are both one hour.
My neighbors are delightful and would be extremely helpful should you require assistance. My street is a closed loop; it does not have drive-through traffic, so it is very safe for children to play. The house is four miles from world-famous Laguna Beach.
Laguna Niguel Regional Park is a block away and hosts trout fishing in the Spring.
Neighboring communities include Dana Point and San Clemente to the south; Newport, Corona Del Mar, and Costa Mesa to the North. 25 minutes to Disneyland. 45 minutes to Legoland. One hour to Sea World and Downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp District. The ferry to Catalina leaves from Dana Point, which is less than ten minutes away.
You will enjoy the lifestyle of a beach community, without the traffic or price tag of coastal housing.
