Our apartment is situated in Rue Mouffetard. This ancient, narrow street works in the same way it has for centuries: as a place where people live, shop, eat and meet. While it is open to traffic, it functions for the most part as a pedestrian street - which is a big part of its charm.
This mini-loft apartment is located at the first French floor of a walking up ancient building. It is 35 meters square or 370 square feet in size. This property has been renovated in the Spring 2008. It is generously furnished with an elegant and practice Murphy Wall Bed for two persons, a two large bookcase with a fireplace in the middle, an antique cupboard, a dining table for 4 people and a small terrace.
The kitchen has all of the conveniences of a larger apartment: fires cook-top, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator/freezer and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has shower cabin, washbasin and toilette, dry-towels, hair dryer. You will have, finally, TV LCD, cable, telephone and high speed Internet connection.
