This well equipped, modern home features 2700 square feet under air, which includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, a huge living area, a separate large dining room and a large eat-in kitchen. You also have a screened-in patio and an adjacent deck area with a private swimming pool with a waterfall.
This is a home in one of the most desirable areas in Miami - Coconut Grove. The Village of Coconut Grove is located adjacent to Biscayne Bay. It is a quiet, private and lush community which makes you feel as if you are in the suburbs, but yet you are as close as you can get to Key Biscayne, Brickell and Downtown Miami. It is within walking distance of homes once owned by celebrities such as Stalone and Madonna.
Right from the home, you can walk to the Museum of Science, to the Vizcaya mansion, to various waterfront parks, marinas and much more. The Art District and our new Arts Center and Opera House are within a 10 minute drive.
The Master bedroom has a very high-end and comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a luxury queen size mattress. One of the 4 bedrooms is used to house a full office set up for your use. Another bedroom is set up as a media room with a large flat screen, DVD player and surround sound. This last room can also sleep two additional people if desired.
The master bathroom features a large Roman tub. A second bathroom provides a walk-in shower which can be useful for someone elderly. The third bathroom provides a regular bath tub with shower.
The house is surrounded by beautiful vegetation such as Oak trees, and mature palm trees providing needed shade during the summer.

Stayed for a month this past winter. Weather was a little cold so couldn't use the pool but we really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and has everything you could ask for in a rental. The screened porch is lovely and the patio around the pool was great to sit around even if we couldn't go swiming. The area is vary safe and seeing peacocks each morning when we drove to get the paper made the area even more special. Hope to rent for 6 weeks next winter.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved the open living room/dining room, the screened patio and the beautiful poolside patio. the master bedroom is spacious. would have preferred a nice shower in the master bath, but the deep tub was fine. The kitchen is well equipped. We found almost everything we needed for a complex multiple coursed dinner party for 12, and brought in a table from the patio to extend the dining table. We even had linens from the house for the tables! The neighborhood is lovely and perfect for long walks. It is safe and quiet. We loved being here and look forward to returning again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed and very private home. Everything was was high end, the well-equipped kitchen included everything you'd find in your own own. The home is in great location. We enjoyed our nightly strolls around the beautiful lush neighborhood and to several nearby waterfront parks, Vizcaya and the Science Museum. Miami Beach was an easy 10 minutes away. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful with us!
