This condo is a corner unit with a spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from every window. You can see miles of the beautiful white sand beaches. Just looking out the window makes you start to relax!!
The condo was completely remodeled in the last few years. New carpet, walls, furniture, TV's and appliances. It has a large balcony that has access from the living room and the bedroom and seating for 8 people. If you leave the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves rolling in at night!
There are many great restaurants on the beach and several with in walking distance. There is also a small village called John's Pass that has shopping, restaurants, boat rentals, waverunners, parasailing and much more. It is only 1.2 miles south of the condo.
St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20-25 minutes and Tampa airport is approximately 30 minutes.
