This quiet, bright upper level end unit has windows on all three sides, covered deck overlooking the first tee of Shipyard's Brigantine Golf Course and a wooded lot that can't be beat for the foliage and Spanish moss. A true southern feeling right outside the back door!
Spacious master bedroom, queen size bed, walk-in closet and sitting area complete with chair, ottoman and TV/VCR.
Guest bedroom is outfitted with elegant wicker bedroom set, queen bed and small couch that converts to twin bed. Dining room has gorgeous wooden table and chairs with two leaves seating eight people comfortably. The french doors open to the private covered deck furnished with a brand new stone and wrought iron table and four wicker chairs with cushions,two matching lounge chairs and a charcoal grill. Living room has a wet bar, fireplace, two very comfortable couches, armoir with flat panel television, DVD/CD/VCR Player and stereo system. Kitchen is completely stocked with chef quality utensils and comes with a stylish black wrought iron table and four chairs, microwave oven, coffee maker and dishwasher.
Our villa is set in a well landscaped European style complex. It has a community feel like you'd find "back home", private pool, 6 lighted tennis courts, deck and gazebo overlooking 4 acre fishing pond less than 1/2 a block away. Also close is Shipyard Golf Club featuring 27 Championship holes. Bicycle trails run throughout Shipyard Plantation, making it easy to bike or walk to the beach or surrounding areas(Beach is 10 minutes by Bicycle). Villa is equipped with washer and dryer and professionally cleaned before each visit.
Little extras to make your vacation easier and fun include; pool rafts, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys/games and beach towels all housed in lockers right at the beach. 2 Adult bikes are also included for your use. If you have little ones you will find a baby gate, pack-n-play, portable high chair, baby swing,covered pool raft and stroller.
We hope every day of your vacation is a beach/golf/tennis day, but on rainy days our villa is the perfect place to relax. The decor is restful and couches are ones you can sink in to. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and far enough away from living area/kitchen to offer privacy. This Hilton Head Villa has been our second home for years, enjoyed by our kids and grand kids, seldom rented. We now offer it to you as your "home away from home". Long term winter rentals welcome!
