The views from this special home span 5 miles ( 8 kms) of open space, across the deep blue lake dotted with islands, to the towering Andes mountain chain. The largest of the islands in the lake, Isla Victoria, sits directly in front of the Casita del Lago's living room. The setting is magical and truly inspirational, astonishing for even the most seasoned traveler.
Inside the Casita you will find a warm and inviting one story home, with a large living room, Scandinavian two-sided wood burning fireplace, an open modern kitchen and dining room, a huge bathroom with double sinks and a separate shower room and toilet-bidet room, and two comfortable bedrooms with high quality beds, linens and towels suitable for 4 guests. The bedrooms can be configured as 1 queen and 2 twins, or 2 queen beds.
The one half acre lakefront property is a botanical paradise with
beautiful mature trees and unobstructed views, located on a very private and peaceful cul-de-sac with no traffic noise and yet affords easy access to the main paved highway only 2 minutes away. There is a private driveway and ample parking.
