Guest continue to come back to Surfside resort year after year because there is not another building in all of Destin that compares. The inside hallways and spacious balconies with each unit make this building unique. The walkover from the building to the beach makes it easy for you and your family to easily go back and forth. You can wake up to the smells of the ocean air and enjoy the sunrise on your balcony, enjoy a full day at the beach and/or pool, and end the day back on the balcony for a beautiful, picturesque sunset.
This unit was remodeled two years ago and has a floor plan that is unique to this building with a wet bar and jacuzzi tub for two as well as a stand-up shower in the master bathroom. The decorations and furnishings have a designer/decorator flair and gives this unit a very elegant ambiance. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and two full-size beds in the second bedroom. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room.
The spacious design of this two-bedroom (about 1200 square feet) makes it suitable for an entire family for a week. The unit comes with linens and a fully-equipped kitchen, so there is no need to bring anything from home.
One stop at the grocery store transforms this beach condominium into your home-away-from-home for your entire stay. If extra space is desired there is a hotel suite that ajoins this unit for and additional fee per night. It comes with its own bathroom and an efficieny kitchen.
There are four sliding glass doors to the large balcony with a great view of the ocean. There is a door from each bedroom onto the balcony. The unit also has a great view of the tennis courts and the Seascape golf course which is nearby.
After a long day at the beach you will want to come back to this lovely unit, make a nice cold beverage from the wet bar, sit back and watch the sunset, and then relax in the whirlpool Jacuzzi before making plans for the evening.
The next morning you can get your daily exercise in by jogging along the newly-built jogging path which is right out the front door of Surfside, and begin another wonderful, fabulous day at the world's most beautiful beach - Destin...

Why the Owner Chose Surfside
I used to go to Destin when I was in college at Auburn in the 80s. I was living in Tallahassee in 2001 and went to Destin for the weekend and found the condo of my dreams, so I bought it and was blissful to own a 2nd home/vacation rental in Destin.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Just enjoying the scenery is enough. I go to Destin to chill out and unwind. I read books, find a new restaurant (they are GREAT) and do some antique and art shopping. And the jacuzzi at nighttime at the pool level of Surfside Resort is always a place to find interesting conversation.

I was born in Florida (Key West) and spent 7 years traveling the world with the United States Air Force. This is the nicest, most accommodating, scenic, convenient to everything, beach condominium I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The beach is perfect; the restaurants are world class, the golf, shopping, fishing, etc. etc. are incomparable (anywhere). Recreation and relaxation at its’ finest; I can’t wait to go back.
