This uniquely decorated house, has a well lighted Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Breakfast Bar and 6-8 seat Dinning Room Table. The spacious Living Room has an Entertaiment Center with a large HD Flat Screen TV, DVD/VCR Combo Player and Surround Sound System as well as a nice selection of DVD/VCR Movie.
The Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed with a New Wall Mounted Flat Panel TV and built in DVD Player, the room's sliding glass door leads out to the large covered Patio. The Patio has a table and chairs set as well as Lounge Chairs and a Gas BBQ. The Middle Bed Room has a Queen Sized Bed with TV and DVD Player. The Third Bed Room has a Queen Size Futon that can be converted into a comfortable Couch and Game Room. It has it's own Entertaiment Center with a Flat Screen TV and built in DVD/VCR Player. Hooked up to the TV is a XBOX Game Console with some games, and DVD/VCR movies, for you or your kids/Grandkids enjoyment.
The fully enclosed 20' boat deep Two Car Garage, also has a nice felted 6 person fold out Poker Table that can be set up in the living room. There is plenty of on Street Parking, as well as a secure enclosed backyard with double gate access.
We are located in a quiet newly developed neighborhood, just a few minutes from a Major Grocery store and Shopping/Entertainment Centers. It is Less than three blocks from Interstate 95 and minutes for Downtown and the London Bridge or some of the GREATEST FISHING and WATER SPORTS in the Southwest United States.
