We bought this property in 2002 and hope to spend our winters here when we retire in a couple of years. For now we rent it for the winter season and use it when it's available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo and loved the convenience to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. In fact we enjoyed our stay so much, we ended up buying in place ourselves. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
