The home is also very well equipped with 4 large HD Plasma TV's. Home also offers exercise equipment, steam room, and game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey.
It is located 1 block off of Buford Dam Rd (only 2 miles from Marketplace shopping area) This location makes it a short 30 to 45 minute trip to Downtown Atlanta.
The home and furnishings are almost indescribable and will meet or exceed the expectations of our most discriminating guests: master - 1 king bed 2 - 1 king bed bed 3 - 1 full bed 4 - 1 set bunk bed (full on bottom twin top sleeps 3) bed 5 - 1 set bunk bed (full on bottom twin top sleeps 3)
High Season (MAY-Aug & Holiday weeks) .. $900/night .. $5400/week

Fees: 7% sales tax. The deposit is $500 approved on credit card.
Rental balance & $175 cleaning due 7 days prior to check in. Can pay by cc for 3%
processing fee. If not received 7 days prior, add $85 administrative fee.
Cleaning Fee is NEVER negotiable-all homes professionally cleaned after
each guest.
