Beautiful newly updated ground floor gulf front three bedroom - 2 bath condominium.
Just steps away from the largest of two outdoor pools and the beautiful sandy white beaches. Convenient corner location eliminates hassle of dealing with stairs and elevators. Completely updated unit in fall 2008. Indoor pool is available so guests can swim year-round!
The master bedroom has a King-Sized Bed and color flat screen TV, cable, and DVD. It has new Thomasville comforter set and 350 thread count linens. A master bath is adjoining. The two additional bedrooms contain a queen bed and two twin beds for your sleeping comfort. Each of these contain high thread count sheets (300+). The new microfiber living room sofa pulls out to sleep two additional persons. A very comfortable microfiber rocker recliner and a new flat screen plasma TV completes the living room. Our dining area seats six at the table and three additional at the bar. Additional dining space is available on our patio.
Step through the sliding glass door and there is a large grassy area where people socialize, throw footballs and children can play within earshot of the unit.
This unit is truly convenient to the property's ammenities and also to dining, grocery shopping, and other amusements. Nightly, weekly and monthly renters all welcome. Can't wait to have you rent with us ... you will love it!

Year Purchased: 2004
We bought this condo with friends in 2004. We were both living in Daphne,Al and had fallen in love with Orange Beach and the beautiful white beaches. We now live in Fort Mill, SC and our partners live in Atlanta, Ga. Seaside remains a special place for us to go.
Why the Owner Chose Seaside Beach & Racquet Club
We picked our unit because we both have small children and we loved the convience of a ground floor unit being steps away from the pool and beach. We also loved having kids activities such as putt-putt and grocery stores within walking distance. We have both moved away and are glad that we can share our beautiful unit with others. We truly hope that you will have the special memories from Seaside that we have made over the years.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We believe that the property itself is a great benefit. There is a lot of land with grassy areas to play, grill out and just relax. The grounds are beautiful and the space always helps the resort to seem very comfortable and not crowded. We have enjoyed using the indoor pool on rainy days and we also love having the blue rental chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The resort has everything we need for a great vacation.
