No steps or elevators required to gain access to the quiet oceanfront swimming pool and beach. Perfect for families,couples, seniors, fishermen or surfers. This stretch of beach is practically private (no public access in immediate vicinity).
There are only 18 units in this three story complex. We have recently updated the decor and added a three piece leather sectional, new drapes and blinds, new washer and dryer, and new king bed. The second bedroom includes one queen futon/bed and a bunk bed.
Beautiful Satellite Beach is located directly south of Cocoa Beach and just north of Melbourne. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and plenty of other activities and shopping minutes away.
Orlando International Airport is less than one hour away, and it's an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and the entertainment parks (Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios).

GREAT rental! We enjoyed our stay at the beach! It is very spacious and comfortable. The property was very well maintained and quiet, it seemed we had the place to ourselves. The decor and linens were very nice. TVs were not HD (or hdmi) or compatible with our gaming system I brought along for the kids, but they worked well. The unit was very convenient being on the ground floor with kids. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this unit!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Hello from The Kravchuks! We love this beach home. It is very spacious and comfortable. There is always something for everyone to do -- build sand castles, boogie board, surf, fish, bike ride along the coastal highway, spend quiet time reading, swim in the ocean, dip in the pool. The patio opens out onto the pool deck and the beach is just 30 steps ahead. You will LOVE renting a ground floor unit. You have lots of space to expand your living by eating on the pool deck if you so desire. The condo complex is very quiet. Public access to the beach is not near our beach so the beach also feels very private. We use only 100% cotton high quality sheets. We did not skimp on the interior comforts as we too spend a lot of time at the beach. There is a full kitchen with everything that you need (except food of course) and beach towels, toys, movies... you really just need to show up! You will love it here as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Satellite Beach:
You cannot beat having a ground floor unit! This home is nicely situated to give the family lots of flexible living space. You can bounce between the home, pool and ocean. Great home for families or retired people who are looking for a quiet place to reflect on life. :)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You can walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner places. It is fun to go 'Ghost Crab' hunting at night on the beach. Great yard beside the pool for lawn play.
