**Now thru the end of July the building next door is having their Lanai's refurbished. Because of this I am offering my unit out at $99 a night. :)) ***
Our condo is located 15 walking steps to the Ocean. This is the perfect place for a family vacation , honeymoon, anniversary or just for pure pleasure. Sit on the Lanai (porch), look out onto the Ocean or into the unit and watch the new pull-out 50 inch, high-definition (HD) TV with surround sound. The waves, the sunsets over the ocean from your lanai.
The sleeping arrangements are : Beautiful Queen Sleighbed in bedroom, queen size pull-out sofa bed in living-room, twin size futon and an inflatable Coleman airmattress (inflator too)
This is a hard to find groundfloor unit. All the convenience comes with being on the bottom floor. No need to walk the stairs when your tired, no need to bring an ice-chest to the pool, you are steps from your unit. How about the bathroom? This is the best located unit in all of Kahana Reef!!
Heaven on earth is what I feel while sitting here. Feel so at peace and relaxed. The unit has a beautiful queen sleigh bed with a new HD 40 inch flat screen TV. All new linens, towels, pool toys, beach chairs.
New fans in unit (4 floor fans, 2 ceiling fans), Laundry facility is 20 steps from front door ($1.00 per load), same with dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked: blender, coffeepot, silverware, utensils, microwave, gas-barbecue off the lanai.
Our swimming pool and area is all newly redone. Swim while overlooking the ocean. Amazing! The building is called Kahana Reef.
The association keeps our building impeccable! This unit has the best location!! You will fall in Love and never want to leave.
