You are in the heart of the eternal city, convenient location for transportation, shopping, restaurants, museums and sightseeing. Piazza di Spagna, Via dei Condotti, Trevi Fountain, river Tiber, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and also the Vatican is walking distance from you!
Recently renovated, the apartment is bright and air conditioned, composed of a good size living room with a sofa that converts into a 140cm double bed, flat screen TV with satellite, a safe and a library with English and Italian books and guides for your use.
The kitchen is to one side of the living room, separated by a breakfast counter and is fully equipped: oven, microwave, electric stove, stainless steal counter tops, refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Kettle, Italian style coffee pot, tea and coffee supplies.
There is one master bedroom with spacious wardrobes, one bathroom with shower, hair dryer and heated towel rack. Other wardrobes are in the entrance where iron and ironing board are stored.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people including children although there is possibility to accommodate also a baby, a crib and a stroller can be supplied on request.
A trustworthy babysitter is available.
The owner will receive you personally and will help you with hints and touristic information. English and French are spoken.
