Spend your dream vacation in this classic beach condo situated literally steps from warm and sandy Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point, California. Just walk down the path to the ocean and lay back and relax. The condo is located next to the Ritz Carlton and St Regis 5-star resorts in the California Riviera. From the condo you can easily walk to numerous shops and restaurants and are within a 5 minute drive to both Dana Point Harbor and Laguna Beach and its upscale shops. People are very friendly and helpful here and you're sure to have a great vacation.
The Beach House is a beach-themed two bedroom, two bathroom condo which has been completely remodeled to include a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors and new furniture throughout. From the living room, second bedroom and one of the patios you can see the bright blue Pacific Ocean. Just outside your front door you can walk to the beach, take a quick dip in the pool or relax in the spa. The Beach House is in the second row of Niguel Beach Terrace so you won't hear cars on Pacific Coast Highway or Selva Road. The condo's location and amenities make it ideal both for large families and romantic getaways. Wi-Fi internet, cable television, free long distance phone calls and DVD players help make your stay even more enjoyable.

Why the Owner Chose Monarch Beach
I grew up in Southern California and although we have since moved away, we still have a lot of family in Dana Point. My husband and I know the area very well and absolutely love it here!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love that we are so close to the beach! We take our daughter down to the sand and play for a few hours and then come home for lunch and don't have to hassle with driving and parking (although there are a lot of other nice beaches nearby that we like to go to as well for a change of scenery). We also love that the pool and spa are so close, so when we want to just lounge its right at our fingertips. Finally, our neighborhood is awesome and we have really friendly neighbors. We leave our door open all day and just take in the cool ocean breeze!
