Why stay in a stuffy old 1 room hotel at $100, $150 or even more per night when you can have this beautiful and spacious home on 2-acres in the highly desirable neighborhood of Leilani Estates subdivision with paved roads? (It may seem weird that I mention that it has paved roads but believe it or not there are numerous subdivisions that do not have paved roads in Hawaii.)
There is a 528 square foot carport to park your rental car out of the beautiful and wonderful sunshine!! The house sits on a 2 acre lot with empty acre lots to either side. That's right, you are on 2 acres and surrounded by a rain forest! At night you can here the song of the coqui frogs. The home is situated at the back of the property and can not be seen from the road.
I will provide you with precise directions to the nearest activities such as beaches, snorkeling, lava viewing, Volcano National Park, and nearest shopping centers. The home is 5.9 miles from the nearest beach and less than 10 miles from the world famous Wai’opae Tide Pools. Come see the world's MOST ACTIVE VOLCANO!! There is a caretaker on-site for your convenience.
It is just a few minutes drive to the quaint town of Pahoa where you can find just about anything you need and only about a 10-minute drive to the coastline for ocean activities. The nearest beach is only 5.9 miles from the house and it is less than 10 miles to the world famous Wai’opae Tide Pools. Other nearby attractions include the Hot Ponds, Green Lake, The Kalapana Lava Flow and Lava Tree State Park. It is about a 30 minute drive to Hilo.
This property is located on the Island of Hawaii, also known as the "Big Island". There are ample tourist activities on the island that include Hiking, Volcano National Park (where you can hike the ever changing Volcano), Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Tours, Sailing, and many , many more just to name a few.
Come and witness the world's most active volcano!! I am more than happy to answer any questions that you have regarding this property or any island activities. I will give you my opinions on different activities or activity providers if you ask.
The property has its own private pineapple patch and numerous other fruits including banana, lychee, avocado, papaya, lime, orange and tangelo trees.

This is a well equipped home in a very nice area. Heath goes the extra mile to assure a positive experience for his guests. My stay at the "Home" was one of the best visits to the Big Island I've ever had. The house, the location, the time spent, the people and the opportunities were better than expected. Many thanks for the experience. The accommodations were exceptional and even though I stopped drinking coffee some time ago, I couldn't resist the urge to reacquaint my taste buds with my favorite brew. Sunshine or showers, it was OK with me. No appointments, no calandar, no phone calls. I was home again, at least for a little while.

Just letting you know we got in fine. The house is absolutely lovely and a fabulous place to stay. I am just wondering how long we could have the house....maybe Four years...just joking. It is wonderful and thank you for for renting it to us. We LOVE HAWAII and we love Leilani Estates. Its a lovely little paradise. So thank you for renting us your home. We hope very much to be back. Thank you for the directions to get there. That supermarket has absolutely everything. We have Kona Coffee every morning. As George Says "This guys organized...he wants us to to go to Walmart first we will go there. Just do what he says". It seems to have worked out.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your house while we were on the Big Island. You thought of everything to make our stay a comfortable one. We even told the woman who's B & B we're staying at on Oahu how nice it is and reccommended that if she has people who want to visit the Big island that they contact you.
