Fishing – Boating - Golf: At the end of the day watch the sun go down from your own private boat dock, ideal for fishing the waters of the tropical canal. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals.
There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. We can arrange your boat to be delivered to your dock for a just few days or a whole week. No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. If you can drive a car you will find it easy to drive a boat.
There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home.
A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant.

Mimosa Dawn was amazing, and far exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully presented, very clean and tidy and fantastically equipped with everything we needed. The canal side location was a definite plus and the kids thought the best part was the swimming pool, which was nice and warm and like the house Immaculately clean.
