Pinon Vista - Spectacular Views!! Only Minutes from Downtown Saldia!

July through mid August is our busiest time of year for lodging and typically fills up with 5+ night stays. We ask for a four night minimum during this time. Two and three night stays may be taken at the last minute (within 7 to 10 days) or when a two or three night window is created by consecutive bookings. Thank you for understanding.

Fourteen thousand foot peaks are the scenic backdrop of Pinon Vista. This home will please and surprise you as the spacious interior opens to a wall of windows showcasing stunning views of the Collegiate Peaks range. Guests love the welcoming open floor plan and generous space for gathering 'round the fireplace, cooking, dining and relaxing. This two story home features a walk out deck from the lower level family room and a wrap-around deck from the main level living area with its panoramic views. All of the comforts and conveniences of home are provided.

The two main floor bedrooms offer one King (in master suite) and one Queen; twin beds and a queen size convertible sofa are downstairs. The couch in the living room is extra long and comfy for a sleeper. There are two cots available for sleeping bags - bring your own bag and pillow!

All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are 'vacation ready' with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.

Just a six minute drive from Salida and all it's charming amenities; 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain Ski Area and right in the middle of the views you come here for. Three nights preferred. ONE AND TWO NIGHT STAYS OK with $30 share of cleaning fee (plus $45 accidental damage insurance - see below). One and Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse one, two or three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Rates are based on six person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 6 people. State and local taxes are added. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability.

Published seasons and rates may change. $45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. Reservations made more than 6 months in advance must pay in full 60 days prior to check in. Visa or Master Card accepted. Cash or Check receives a 2.9% discount. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation. Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page).

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made less than 60 days from check in date will be refunded if the reservation can be rebooked. You may wish to purchase vacation insurance.
