This home will please and surprise you as the spacious interior opens to a wall of windows showcasing stunning views of the Collegiate Peaks range. Guests love the welcoming open floor plan and generous space for gathering 'round the fireplace, a rousing game of PING PONG!,cooking, dining and relaxing. This two story home features a walk out deck from the lower level family room and a wrap-around deck from the main level living area with its panoramic views. All of the comforts and conveniences of home are provided. The two main floor bedrooms offer one King and one Queen; twin beds and a queen size convertible sofa are downstairs. The main floor sofa is extra long and comfy for a sleeper. Two cots available for sleeping bags!
Just a six minute drive from Historic Downtown Salida and it's unique shops, galleries, cafes and friendly faces. Monarch Mountain Ski Area is a 20 minute drive and the Arkansas River, hiking and biking trails are minutes from your door. For amazing views of the fourteen thousand foot Collegiate Peaks range - go no further than the window.

Published seasons and rates may change. **One and Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse one, two or three night stays during High Season and Holidays. $45 fee covers a share of check-out cleaning and accidental damage insurance. The balance of the cleaning fee ($30) will apply to reservations of less than 3 nights.
