The Clark Cabin is surrounded by beautiful dogwood trees. This cozy hideaway is tucked away on a cul-de-sac in Yosemite West, a private developement in Yosemite National Park.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features accommodations for up to 6 people. The living room, Kitchen/Dining area, and Full Bath are on the first level, as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, and the satellite television with DVD player. There is a thermostat controlled gas-log Fireplace for cool mountain nights. The open living space promotes social interaction. There is a wrap-around Deck with a gas BBQ and table with chairs to enjoy the beauty of nature.
The second level has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed, and the other has a King sized bed. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to their own small decks. These bedrooms share a three-quarter bath. Each bedroom has its own thermostat controlled gas-log fireplace. Maximum occupancy for six guests.

To reserve the dates you desire to stay, a $300.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservations will not be held without a deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and or excessive uncleanness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS facility. If you smoke in or around rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire $300.00 deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT, PROVIDED THE ABOVE STATED PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD.
Balance is due 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we charge 100%, unless rebooked by another party, then we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee.
If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival but before 2 days of check-in, we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation policy rules apply.
If a reservation is cancelled at any time the cleaning/security deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds are returned within 30 days of cancellation. Thank you.

November through March $241.00 per night for up to 4 persons
$29.00 each additional person, including children 5 yrs. and older.
Children 4 years and younger stay free.
Maximum persons allowable is 6
$379.00 per night flat rate for all applicable holidays
Rates subject to 11% Mariposa County Bed tax.
$500.00 security deposit required.
