This GORGEOUS, 3 story level, COZY & ELEGANT townhouse is located on a nice Residential area on Mono St, 1/2 a block from Meridian Blvd, where you can catch a 3 minute ride in the shuttle to chair 15.
This LARGE 3 story townhouse is only offered for rent for the entire ski season Dec through April or May....

The house has 2 big, nice comfortable and elegant bedrooms in suite with their own new, remodeled, luxurious bathroom and walk in closet.
Bed Configuration:
- Master bedroom 1: CA King Bed with full bath & walk in closet.
- Master bedroom 2: Full bed with full bath & walk in closet.
- Large Private loft on the 3rd floor: 1 full bed & 1 twin Bunk bed
- Living room has also a comfortable real Day Bed with a real mattress.
In the loft I also have a desk for your privacy, should you want an office away from the rest of the house.
The third full bathroom has a Private Jacuzzi tub and it is in the living room dining area, on the second floor.
The living room and dining area are very nicely decorated. It is big and very well distributed for your comfort. The kitchen is very practical and it is remodeled.
It is surrounded by towering scented pines and dramatic snow capped White Mountains yet steps from the shuttle line.
I am Isabelle, the owner; I live and work in Santa Monica CA, where I have a Dance Academy.
As you will see in my email address I have my own domain and website. This is nice so that you can meet me somehow. I do use my website for you to book your reservation with any credit card via PayPal.

- Linens Provided : This house is set up like a 5 star hotel.
- Garage : 1 car garage right in front of the house.
- Off Street Parking : My parking lot can accommodate 2 extra cars but these 2 extra spots, would not be covered parking.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : My parking lot can accommodate these only in the summer and is not covered parking.
- Gas Fireplace : The main source of heating in the winter is the gas forced air unit. You may pick the temperature you are most comfortable with.
- Wood Fireplace : There is a fireplace for charm and cozyness. Not the way to warm up this house as I have a nice forced air heating unit.

- King Bed : Ca King size in the master bedroom suite. Very comfortable.
- Double Bed : I have a nice full bed in the other master bedroom in suite.
- Twin/Single Bed : I have a twin size bed in the living room that is a nice and very comfortable real day bed.

The only thing would be that the handicapped person would not have access to the living room or kitchen as those are on the second floor.

My name is Isabelle, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I moved here to L.A in 1985, to pursue a career in fitness and dance.
In 1991, I decided to move to Mammoth Lakes and lived there during 7 years to raise my son. I love my home and it shows..!
I own a dance academy in Santa Monica where I have lived since 1998.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I put my son through middle and high school in Mammoth Lakes because I wanted him to grow up with lots of outdoor activities and in a small school system. I bought our home because I loved it up there and I was able to live the "homy life style". This was home. Now is my second home as I moved back to Santa Monica. However, this house has my heart, and that is why still looks and feels like a real home. I did renovate the kitchen and the bathrooms less than a year ago, so that all of us can enjoy the luxury of all new amenities.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love the fact that I have nobody above, below or next to the house. When I go to Mammoth is to take in the quieteness of the surroundings.
This house is very spacious and in a way it feels like 3 different units in one, when it comes to each having their space and independence.
I get sun all day long as it faces south so it is bright and sunny during the day.
The living room-dining area has high vaulted ceilings and a fire place for charm...and the heating is great as I have a forced air unit all throught the 3 levels..

As others have described, this was a great cabin. Features were as described and location was very close to everything. Having the multiple bathrooms were really nice. Would definitely stay there again as it was very spacious.

I loved staying at this house. Everything was just as promised. It was very clean and spacious (three floors), and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. Having a bathroom upstairs was also nice, since our group consisted of three couples. I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice little cabin, in a great location. Minutes from canyon lodge and the vons shopping center. Very clean with updated bathrooms/nice kitchen. Had a great time. Would stay here again.

Hello, I am Isabelle, the owner and I am new to VRBO. I am looking forward to my first guests, and their comments. I guarantee you, you will love your stay at my house, because I put in a lot of love into it to make feel cozy, warm and very practical. I also really enjoyed putting this proyect together as I also use it for my own comfort. This is my own second home, where I also love going skiing, and every single corner of the house is well thought out for comfort and practicality. The house is inmaculate, and feels like a 5 star resort and spa. Treat yourself to be a "guest" in my home, by being my guest.
