Welcome to our wonderful beach home,"Daddy's Dream". The house is located in Inlet Beach, Florida. Inlet Beach is a small, neighborhood beach community located at the intersection of Highway 98 and Highway 30A in Walton County Florida. Located between Carillon Beach on the east and Rosemary Beach on the west, it is located about eight miles east of Seaside and 20 miles west of Panama City, Florida.
The house is less than a half block from the beach and a short walk to the water with good beach access. Good views of Gulf can be seen from both floors. The main level on second floor has big kitchen (12'x12'), large living room, dining room, bedroom with one queen-size bed, full bath, and utility room. The third level has full bath and two large bedrooms (one has queen and baby crib, the other has two full beds).
Outside shower and bath on ground level. The second level has wrap-around, covered deck (all Gulf view), third level has covered deck off bedroom with Gulf view (total of 1300 square feet outside covered decks). Lots of large windows, great views. All bed linens and towels are furnished but you need to bring your own beach towels.
Miles of the most beautiful beaches in the USA (World?), sugar white sand, lots of picturesque dunes. Close to Seagrove, Seaside, Rosemary, Carillon, Grayton, Santa Rosa, Sunnyside, Panama City Beach(es), etc. Very private neighborhood. You have lots of uncrowded beach, very quiet and relaxing. Restaurants are 5-30 minute drive, grocery is five minutes away. Golf, tennis, all types of fishing, typical Florida tourist/attraction stuff, etc. all available. |
