What makes for a perfect vacation? A clean, comfortable home that has everything you need to enjoy your time with family and friends -- in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains. A warm après-ski hearth, early morning coffee with a mountain view, grilled steaks at sunset on the deck.

The Loon Mountain Chalet has been a favorite home for our guests who come to ski in winter, sightsee in autumn "leaf-peeping" season, hike the trail and summits or visit the many attractions and enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains year-round.

Located in the Villages of Loon Mountain, the Loon Mountain Chalet offers comfort and convenience for year-round vacationers. Coolidge Falls is one of the nicest communities in the Lincoln & Woodstock area, with chalet-style architecture, beautifully manicured grounds, and plenty of space between you and your neighbors to insure a pleasant vacation away from it all!

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with double bed and bunk beds. The room with the bunks also has a small deck, perfect for enjoying a summer afternoon with a book. These bedrooms share a large full bathroom with includes a full-size washer and dryer. The entry foyer has plenty of room to store skis and outdoor gear, plus there is a very large closet on this floor for coats, boots, etc.

The second floor has a full kitchen with everything you need to make great meals. Full utensils, pots and pans and plenty of the smaller items missing in most rentals. Microwave and dishwasher too. There’s a small bar-style window with two stools ideal for quick breakfasts for the kids, or keeping the cook company at mealtime.

A very large pantry gives you plenty of storage space. The dining area seats up to 8 around the table for dinner. The living room with fireplace, TV with VCR and DVD player, CD player is cozy and comfortable ­ perfect for après ski fires, or access to the wraparound deck for summertime fun.

The deck extends around two sides, with access from large sliding glass doors in both the dining area and living room. In season, enjoy sunrise to sunset from the lounge chairs. The gas grill is on the deck too ­ convenient to the kitchen and dining areas. There is a half bath on this floor.

The home has a wireless broadband router and free Internet connection.

The third floor has the Master Bedroom with private bath (double sinks), TV with VCR and a terrific view to the mountains. It's quiet enough for you to hear the sounds of the Pemigewasset River running through the valley below.

Included in your rental price is unlimited use of the Village of Loon Sports Club. You'll enjoy use of two outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub that is open year-round, two indoor pools, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, exercise room, tennis courts and video game room.
