Welcome to our two bedroom, two bath condos at Harbrooke Downs. We are located at 901 Hargrove Road at the corner of Hargrove Road and 10th Avenue. On site amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts.
Our two condos are available for rental throughout the year for special events, parental visits, or sports camps, and are family friendly. These condos are ideal for anyone needing short term accommodations that offer more space and convenience than a motel room. Our accommodations include linens, a fully equipped kitchen and utilities.
Football fans will enjoy these condos that sleep 4 or 6 guests. We provide clean, well stocked, nicely decorated accommodations at a convenient location just minutes from the stadium and interstate. Each football weekend rental includes a parking space at our football house 4 blocks from the stadium. You can leave your car, walk the Strip, and party until kickoff without parking problems.
We are currently accepting reservations for the 2011 Football Season. Join us in Tuscaloosa and tailgate with thousands while cheering your team on to victory.

Send pre-arrival information in advance of arrival.
Return your deposit within 1-2 weeks post departure.
Reservation Process
Reserve your dates by phone or email.
The owner will email pre-arrival information and lease.
The guest prints & signs lease and returns with payment.
The door code is emailed to guest one week prior to arrival.
Damage deposit is returned within two weeks after departure.
