Pictures of interior coming soon. Football Fans- Welcome to our two bedroom, two bath Game Day Condo at Harbrooke Downs. This condo is located at the corner of Hargrove Road and 10th Avenue, just one mile from Bryant Denny Stadium. Amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts. All Game Day rentals include a VIP parking space on our private property 4 blocks from the stadium. You will be able to park and walk to the game and other events or walk the "Strip" with other football fans. This condo is available for rental throughout the year for special events, parental visits, and is family friendly. 2008 Football Season Sept 6 - Bama vs Tulane Sept 13 - Bama vs Western Kentucky Oct 4 - Bama vs Kentucky Oct 18 - Bama vs Ole Miss Nov 1 - Bama vs Arkansas Nov 15 - Bama vs Mississippi State Nov 29 - Bama vs Auburn Kitchen-fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, barware, small electrics, utensils. Living Room-sleeper sofa, cable tv. Bedrooms-queen beds, luxury linens, artwork. Bathrooms-fluffy bath linens, basic toiletries, natural light. Pets allowed with some restrictions. No smoking allowed in condo. Minimum age 25. As your condo owners, we will: Respond to your inquiry in a timely manner. Keep the reservation process brief and uncomplicated. Gladly accept last minute reservations. Send rental info, maps, keys, well in advance of arrival. Return your deposit within 1-2 weeks post departure. Thank you for viewing our website.
