The spacious 1600 square feet under air vacation townhome has all you need. Located west of Route #41 in the 2400 acre gated community of Pelican Landing it has all the comforts of home. The unit is on a cul-de-sac, on the second floor, with an attached one car garage. The beautiful neighborhood of "The Pointe" is quite and serene.
The open and bright floor plan looks out to a water preserve, visited by an array of tropical birds. The Master Bedroom opens to the Lanai, as does the living room. Ceramic tile throughout, with plush carpet in two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, walk-in closet, a large two sink bathroom with shower.
