The open and bright floor plan looks out to a water preserve, visited by an array of tropical birds. The Master Bedroom opens to the Lanai, as does the living room. Ceramic tile throughout, with plush carpet in two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, walk-in closet, a large two sink bathroom with shower. There is an additional walk-in closet off Master Bathroom. The guest bedroom has its own bathroom and twin beds. The third bedroom has twin beds and a desk with chair. The kitchen is vivid and equipped with all of your necessities.
The spectacular amenities at Pelican Landing include: The private 34-acre beach park accessed by the boat ride which is often visited by a dolphin family. The tennis, bocce, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, or a bike ride to the Fitness Center is just plain fun! Golf at the Hyatt's Raptor Bay or numerous other courses are just minutes away.
