Welcome to the Fiske Studio! This spacious, split-level home is in a private area, centrally located in Yosemite National Park-convenient to many park attractions.
The lower level features the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Master bedroom and Bath, with an open floor plan that promotes friendly interaction. The Kitchen is fully-equipped, with all the amenities, everything but the food! The Master bedroom opens off the Living Room through accordion doors and features a queen size bed, walk-in closet and Bath. The Outside Deck, accessed from the Living Room, is equipped with a gas BBQ and chairs for cozy seclusion amid the trees of the lovely forest.
The upper level features Twin Lofts overlooking the area below-a nice getaway for solitary pursuits. There is also another Bedroom with two Full-size beds and Bath, for additional accommodation. There are 2 satellite televisions, one upstairs and one downstairs,both with DVD players.
There is off-street parking for three cars.
To reserve the dates you desire to stay, a $300.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and or excessive uncleanness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or damaged and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS facility. If you smoke in or around rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire $300.00 deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT, PROVIDED ABOVE STATED POLICY PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD.
Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we charge 100%, unless rebooked by another party, then we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee.
If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival but before 2 days of check-in, we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation policy rules apply.
If a reservation is cancelled at any time the cleaning/security deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds are returned within 30 days of cancellation. Thank you.

$25 each additional person including children 4 years and older.
Children 3 years and younger stay free.
$500/night flat rate for all applicable Holidays.
6 person maximum.
Rates subject to Mariposa County Bedtax.
$500.00 security deposit required.
