A taste of Florida! Quiet 2000+ square foot home, on the Space Coast tucked away in a Country Club Community! Minutes from the Intercoastal waterway and beaches. Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and water park attractions all less than 45 minutes away. A prefect vacation getaway! Golf, golf, golf and more golf, diving, boating, sailing, jet skiing, surfing, fishing, deep sea fishing, gambling boats, Kenndy Space Center attractions, beach combing, or just relaxing out back and watching the sunset! So if your visiting Florida and want to visit the theme parks and hit the beach for some sun and fun this is the place to be. Sports a new pool with solar heat and a 6' wooden privacy fence surrounding the back yard. The game room is up and running. It currently has an 8' billiard table & a gaming table, slot machines, bar. You may find a cheaper place but you won't find a better place for the money! Come stay at ours!
The kitchen is nicely equiped basic spices are available. Pets considered with additional non refundable deposit. A start up supply of shampoo's, soaps, toilet paper & paper towels will be available. Handicap accessibility, house is one level ceramic tile and hard wood floors. Back yard is equiped with a patio table with seating for 6 lots of chairs and lounge chairs around the pool, cooler and beach towels are available for beach use. 42' HD Flat screen TV with HD channels - 185 + total channels including music channels in the Family Room. Master bed room has a 28' HD Flat screen TV w/DVD player, Twin beds room has 19' HD flat screen TV, Queen bed room has a 24' flat screen w/DVD palyer. Playstation 2 console with games, console doubles as a DVD player with an additional DVD player in family room. Internet connection broadband, wireless connection available, modem Netgear bring your lap top a computer is NOT available. The private new swimming pool is a salt water pool and solar heated (no extra charges to heat the pool). Game room has an 8' pool table and an additional gaming table (shuffle board) & slot machines and bar.

The listing was very accurate. The house was very clean and the property manager was available anytime we had any questions or concerns. The house felt bigger than the pictures dipicted. The house was closely located to grocery stores, a wide variety of restuarants and movie theater. I loved how most delivery menus where in a drawer in the kitchen. I also loved the wide variety of spices available in the kitchen. The kids spent most of their time in the pool which was well maintained even while we were there. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
