Each unit occupies an entire floor, offering over 2200 sq. ft. of living space, complete with a full kitchen, 2 guest suites and 3 full bathrooms. The unique semi-circular layout allows for stunning panoramic views of Banderas Bay and Blue Chairs beach. Casa Palmas Altas is furnished in a warm Spanish style complete with tile floors, arched doorways and windows, wrought iron balconies and stained glass widows. The limited number of units guarantees the privacy, relaxation and security you and your guests will enjoy. Yet you are only steps away from the beautiful beaches, shopping, nightclubs, and restaurants for which Puerto Vallarta is famous.
The two extra large guest suites each boast their own private bath. Each suite opens onto it's own private balcony. The master suite has a king sized bed and stained glass in the bathroom, the large guest suite has two queen sized beds and bath. A third full bath is located off of the entry hall. Walk through the large archway into the living room, dining room and kitchen. You will be enthralled by the magnificent views from each of these room. A curved balcony wraps around the living and dining rooms offering the perfect place to enjoy a cool tropical drink. Maid service is provided six days a week (except holidays).
When not out experiencing everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer, enjoy relaxing at the rooftop pool and lounge area. There is a large entertaining area as well as a rest room and refrigerator for the use of guests. Relax and enjoy a cold refreshment on the roof deck while watching the beautiful sunset over Banderas Bay. The on-site management team will ensure your comfort.
