The location is perfect, walking distance to La Encantada shopping and dining. The La Paloma resort is less then a mile away with an Elizabeth Ardon Red Door salon. Pima Canyon recreational area is about a mile away and Sabino Canyon is within 5 miles. This area is famous for the spectacular trails that hikers, bikers and horse-riders love to explore.

The home is sited to minimize any views of neighboring properties and the sense of privacy and space is welcoming.

A large deep lanai and fully enclosed brick patio is ideal for barbecues and entertainment. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets while sipping your favorite wine and watching the local wildlife up close.

For the evenings that you want to stay inside, the home theater is included with large screen DLP projector and a collection of your favorite DVD's and VCR's.

The master suite is quite spacious. The room includes a king bedroom set and entertainment center with TV and stereo. The master bath is luxurious and the 2 walk-in closets provide plenty of space.

The 2 guest bedrooms are also oversized. Each holds a queen bedroom set with a seating area and large closets.

In addition to the living room, the home also has a library/office with south-facing city views and masonry fireplace. If requested, we can configure the office to be a 4th bedroom with a queen bed. WIFI is available throughout the home.
