Pima Canyon recreational area is about a mile away and Sabino Canyon is within 5 miles. This area is famous for the spectacular trails that hikers, bikers and horse-riders love to explore.
The home is sited to minimize any views of neighboring properties and the sense of privacy and space is welcoming.
A large deep lanai and fully enclosed brick patio is ideal for barbecues and entertainment. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets while sipping your favorite wine and watching the local wildlife up close.
For the evenings that you want to stay inside, the home theater is included with large screen DLP projector and a collection of your favorite DVD's and VCR's.
