Not All It Was Cracked Up To Be!!!

We had a great stay at PCB!! This was a real nice condo just don't be deceived by the pictures. The pictures make it seem like the condo is larger than what it really is. It's stocked well with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses and the blender works awesome. When we arrived, the condo wasn't as clean as it should've been. The large, furry black rug in the living room had someone's toe nail clippings on it and when I went to shake out, it looked like the cleaning people just swept every bit of sand under the rug. I don't know about everyone else but when my 14 month old son is walking and crawling around I sure don't want him to have to walk/crawl with that filth on the floor. Not to mention the sand under the beds and night stands, it's like no one knows how to sweep under the furniture to get the floors clean. I personally never would have tiled the entire condo. I would have put carpet in the bedrooms because it's alot easier to vacuum up sand than sweep it up out of the cracks of tile. The elevators were so ridiculous, we had to wait 30-45 minutes a few times just to get where we needed to go. Also there was NO AIR in the elevators, you sweat worse in them than you did on the beach . We asked a maintenance man why it was so hot in them and he said they were told to cut the air OFF around the first of May. That's completely ignorant in my opinion. The summer months are when the air needs to be ON!!! This was our first and last time staying at The Tidewater unless they do some serious changes!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience in this condo. It was everything that was advertised and what the reviews said. It is furnished beautifully and fully equiped! And of course What a view!!!!! The whole complex is very well taken care of and a pleasant environment. Definitely would come back!

We stayed at this unit in mid August 2010. The unit was more beautiful than the pictures. The beds were comfortable, televisions were all very nice flat screens, and the kitchen was full of Cuisenaire appliances and utensils. We hope to return next summer if not before!!

We had a great stay in your Tidewater condo. Everything was nice inside and out. We had an excellent view of the beach with a nice ocean breeze coming into the living room. Other parents of my sons baseball team, who where staying elsewhere, loved everything about your condo as well. I hope to rent this condo from you in the upcoming years. Beautifully decorated Condo with amazing view of GulF of Mexico. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Best sleep I have had in a long time, comfortable bed and heavenly pillows! Will definitely stay again as soon as possible.
