Our Beach Bungalow is nestled in a secluded gated neighborhood flanked by a private beach on one side, a dune lake on another and the 18 mile bike trail that runs along scenic 30 A and the gulf. 100 steps down the neighborhood boardwalk from the house takes you directly to the beach and over the dunes.
The Master bedroom with a king bed has its own large bath. A second bedroom has two twins. A third room off the kitchen has a day bed with trundle (no closet). A second full bath completes this cozy one level home. The Bungalow comes well equipped with all the amenities you want at the beach including, two cable TVs, VCR, DVD/CD player, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, dishwasher, ice-maker, washer/dryer, screened porch, garage and fenced-in yard to keep that special pet friend safe. We also offer Cable Internet Access.
Sunrise or sunset, enjoy walks on the sugar sand beach or play in the warm clear waters of the Gulf. Fish in the lake from the community dock. Ride your bike to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach for upscale restaurants and shopping. Play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is less than a mile. The largest designer outlet mall in the country is a short drive to Sandestin. The night life, theaters, malls and day time amusements are a quick drive into either Destin or Panama City.
