This large (over 1660 sq. ft), luxurious condo is a beach front corner unit on the west side of the building on the 9th floor and offers views of the beach, Perdido Key, the Ono River, and Perdido Bay. Each of the extra large three bedrooms has their own balcony, king beds, TV, DVD, and private bath.
Professionally decorated interior has a large kitchen, with outside views, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker and all kitchen amenities. The elegant living room (with leather coaches and full entertainment center) and dining area also have unsurpassed views of the beach.
The master bedroom has private access to the 428 sq. ft. ocean front balcony, king bed, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. All 3 bedrooms have king beds.
With use of the queen size futon in its own alcove, the unit sleeps 8 in unsurpassed surroundings.
Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavilion with gas grills and a nearby putting green. It also has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

We just stayed at this condo and it was absolutely beautiful! The views off the balcony were even better! You will not regret staying at this beautiful place in Orange Beach and the owner is very easy to work with. We will be back.

My family and I recently stayed in this spacious unit at Regency Isle. Everything was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished. The corner unit has amazing, expansive views of the beach as well as the bay to the west. The property is convenient to both Orange Beach and Perdido and has all the amenities. The beach is uncrowded and easily accessed, unlike some of the larger properties.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
