This is a 1BR, 1 BA Condo in the middle of the ski slopes at Telluride In Mountain Village. It's beautifully decorated with Travertine tile, a sub-zero refrigerator, and very nice furnishings.
The Lodge is run like a hotel but this unit is rented privately offering savings an flexibility. Also included is parking for one vehicle subject to availability which is an additional savings of $20/night.
Once you get here, forget your car as there is a free shuttle service throughout the village. A short 100YD walk up the hill leads to the free gondola which runs between Mountain Village and Telluride.
We are at the top of the property which provides easy access to the amenities of the lodge, pool and hot tub.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed with a Fireplace. The Living Room Features a queen sofa sleeper and a Fireplace as well.
Because we rent privately, we have furnished the condo with the best of everything. The kitchen utensils are all upgraded with everything you will need to have a great vacation.

The main lodge is very cozy and plush with sofas, table and chairs and wireless internet access. Free Coffee and limited continental type breakfast available. The patio is right along the lodge entrance and ground floor for easy loading and unloading. The town market and liquor store is about 100 yards up the hill from the resort and has a broad selection of gourmet items including ready to eat meals prepared on site. Why the Owner Chose Mountain Village
This condo is right in the middle of beautiful Mountain Village which is part of the Telluride community. We purchased in this location because of it's perfect proximity to the Market, Gondola, Main lodge, and because of the beautiful furnishings and surroundings. It's Ski in , Ski out and the Pool, Jaccuzzi, and Main Lodge are about 30 seconds away. A 5 minute walk in one direction leads to the Market, Post Office and upper Gondala, which goes to the Moutain Village Core or over to the Town of Telluride. 5 minutes in the other direction is an easy downhill walk to the Village Core with access to Restaraunts, Bars, Ski and Sports Shops and also provides Gondala access to Telluride.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We use the condo in both Winter and Summer months, In the Winter,we Ski and Snowboard. In the Summer, we hike, river raft, fish, ride our Harleys, and have great food and drinks at a number of great places both on the mountian and in Telluride. Our condo faces the lodge with a patio door that allows very quick access to the Lodge, Restaraunt, Bar, Pool, Spa, and Fitness Center. We take advantage of all of these activities quickly and easily.

We are Dean and Deby. We purchased this beautiful condo in the summer of 2005 and have been enjoying it several times per year since. When we purchased the condo, it was part of a rental program managed by the Mountain Lodge. Last year, we exited the rental program and took on the management ourselves in an effort to provide better prices and better customer service. We also re-stocked the condo with the best amenities possible such as cookware and utensils, dishware, towels etc... Therefore, we have much better accomodations in our condo than when renting from the lodge. Our condo is located at the top of the hill, directly across from the main lodge, pool, hot tubs and bar. Just a 30 second walk across the driveway and you are there. Many of the condos here are down the hill with a much longer walk to enjoy these amenities. Deby manages the rentals and prides hereself on her superior customer service. We have had many happy renters over the past year and we know you will be happy when selecting our condo. I'm a little late to the party. I'm on VRBO looking for another property in a different area for this summer when I realized I had not reviewed this wonderful condo that we stayed in last July! The unit is situated right across from the pool/resturaunt. It is very clean and well maintained and so reasonably priced!! It's a short walk to the gondola into Telluride. The grocery store is close too and has everything you could want for your stay. Telluride and the surrounding area is simply breathtaking. Deby, the owner, was wonderful to work with. You wont be disapointed if you stay here!

Great condo and location for ski in/ski out trip. Check in/check out went smoothly and condo was just what we were looking for. We've stayed at the Mountain Lodge a few times in the larger units, but because this was just mom and son, we chose the 1 bedroom. I liked being right across from the lobby and close to the hot tub and sidewalk to the grocery store. Deby was wonderful in e-mailing answers to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend to anyone visiting Telluride in winter or summer.

Deby & Dean, Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the opportunity to rent your condo this week. We had a fabulous time riding bikes and hiking. The weather was fabulous in late October. We would love to rent earlier in the summer next year, please let us know about possible rental opportunities. This place is great. It is located on the first level right in front of the main lodge. It is at the top of the hill and has what I would say is the best location on the property. It is easy to walk over to the lodge, and is literally a hop, skip and a jump away from the grocery store and gondola station. You could EASILY stay in this unit and NEVER need a vehicle to see all of Telluride and Mountain Village. I would also like to add that the owners are GREAT! We had a minor problem while visiting and they took care of it immediately. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Our family of four stayed at this beautiful condo while visiting a Telluride Festival.It’s very spacious and looking out of the living room patio each morning and every evening was absolutely where you wanted to be. A short walk over the wood bridge gets you to the lodge area where swimming and relaxing in the jacuzzi was a morning must. Forget about driving, we parked the car and never got back in for 4 days.We were a short walking distance from the skiing area, shops, and restaurants in Mt Village and we could always catch the lodge shuttle if we ate too much. A short walk in the opposite direction took us to the grocery store and more importantly to the gondola where we took a 10 min ride down the mountain to Telluride. At the end of the day we took the gondola back up to Mt. Village where we sat out on the huge deck overlooking the sun setting on the mountains. With a beverage of course :) We give this Condo eight thumbs up!

Great place! All the amenities you need for the family and conveniently located near the the gondola, grocery store, pool and hot tub. Makes you feel like those are all there just for you.
