Accommodations: House - 5 Bedrooms - 4 Baths - (Sleeps 16-20)

Exterior from street - Lake Tahoe Vacation Home Spectacular 5 bed/4 bath, 3000+ s.f. custom home on the Nevada side of Heavenly just minutes from the Stagecoach and Boulder lodges. This 2 story home is equipped with all the amenities and more for your summer & winter vacations. Upstairs you will find a very large living room with wood burning fireplace, 5 sofas of which 2 are fold outs, custom wood flooring, 40" television, 2 computer stations, fax machine and more. The living room overlooks Heavenly Valley and is joined next to a gourmet kitchen equipped with a commercial style refrigerator and dual gas ranges for cooking for large groups. The dining room has seating for 6 with an additional seating for 4 at the bar area. Off the kitchen and living room is a patio with gas BBQ. Also on this floor are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, each of which is equipped with his/hers sinks, Jacuzzi tubs and steam showers. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, television and roomy closet. Bedroom #2 is a queen bed and private bathroom, television, spacious closet. Bedroom #3 is also a queen bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and steam room with her/hers sinks, private television and very large closet. Downstairs you will find a one of a kind game equipped with 20 types of games ranging from arcade to pinball & foosball. Off this room is the hot tub as well. Downstairs is also where you will find 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath. Bedroom #1 has a bunk bed with twin on top and double below, television, play station and DVD player. Bedroom #2 has a full bed, television and small closet. This house can sleep up to 20 people, 16 in beds and sofa sleepers and we also have 2 queen size air mattresses that will fit up to 4 additional people.

Winter 2008 ....... $750/night (3 night minimum) .. $5000/week

All other holidays please inquire
$300 cleaning fee and 10 % occupancy tax added to all reservations
$500 security deposit required at reservation, full rent, taxes and
cleaning fee are due 45 prior to arrival.  There are NO REFUNDS after
45 days for any reason.  Please obtain travel insurance.
