This professionally decorated beach home is 2 years in the making. Key Lime Time was designed to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. It offers every possible amenity you may desire for your vacation. The home is 4 floors starting with a lovely game room with full bath, pool kitchen, swimming pool and jacuzzi. You will enjoy many games such as play station II, a small pool table, foosball, board games, a vegas poker table and 37 inch flat screen TV. The private pool and jacuzzi are 26' x 12' with lovely decks and privacy lattice.
On the second level are 4 bedrooms with two very accommodating master suites with lovely beach views. Both master suites have 26" flat screen TV's with satellite, private baths and sitting areas. Off this floor is a screen porch with nice gulf views and sitting areas A great spot for relaxing or reading a book. The third bedroom has queen bed with entry to screen porch and forth bedroom has bunk beds with flat screen TV.
As you enter the third floor, you will be setback by the amazing beach views and fabulous decor. The living room has a 42 inch screen TV, gourmet kitchen, lovely dining room table and outstanding water views. Also a fifth bedroom with bunk beds is on this level.
The top level is an amazing sundeck with ritz style chaise lounges, a cocktail table for relaxing and enjoying amazing sunsets. From this deck, you look down on the beach and have panoramic water views. This is truly the dream beach house.

I would first like to say that the level of service that was given to my family by Sarah Rapp was superior. My family of 12 had never been to North Captiva, so we were a bit nervous of how it would all turn out. I had several questions for Sarah about groceries and transportation and she always made herself available, and put my mind at ease. Key Lime Time is a beautiful home with plenty of room for 12. The view from the kitchen/living area is spectacular. We were traveling with 5 children ages 7-11, and they were never bored. They loved having their "freedom" to go to the beach or to the basketball court on their own. The children also enjoyed going to Barnacle Phil's for icecream and they got to design and post their own dollar on the wall. The island is very beautiful. You can do as much or as little as you would like. WE will be back!!
